They were several thing that were notable, they were on time, with their appointment time, they were someone available to check me in and to process my car at the time we made the appointment, the gentleman in the service area that was working with the car came to the waiting room several times to clarify that work that needed to be done and to be sure that it was authorized and the waiting area I did mention it when I was there, the waiting area is been equipped with wireless Internet allowed me to get work done while I was waiting, because it was 3 or 4 hours process, so that made it very convenient for me otherwise I would had arranged other transportation or it would be a half day wasted, so that was quite nice

It's the first time I have ever bought a new car. They seemed to be very straightforward, the first person I met, he was outside the door, he was very happy to show me the car and actually the first time when I got there I only had 40 minutes, so I... because my wife was getting her hair cut and actually I probably only had 20 minutes, so I had already looked at the car at another dealership and knew pretty much what I wanted and so he showed me what they had in stock and we talked about the features I wanted and they had a couple of cars that had those, so in that 20 minutes they gave me a reasonable quote which allowed me to talk to the other dealer see what he could offer and they told me pretty much the whole story and the story never change, so they told me in that 20 minutes, so that was pretty nice.

the second phase of the recall...the pedal reshaping!!! Scott in the
service department is excellent. Your excellent service department
helped me overcome my anxiety about all the recent Toyota issues...some
of which were made-up. I want Toyota's focus, to once again be on
quality, reliability, dependability, safety and fuel economy. Toyota
needs to stay competitive with Honda, Subaru and more recently Ford.
Shirley Weir, the one who sold me the car, is fantastic. Please send
this message to Scott in the service dept. and to the Fusz owners.
Toyota is doing a better job of correcting a crisis than BP Oil. I no
longer purchase gas from BP. I like the fact that Toyota shows concern
for our environment...for example the Prius.

Dear Mike, Just wanted to take a minute to thank you for the wonderful service experience (again)! My husband was driving to work when a rock came through the moonroof on his Camry. We were told that the glass to replace it wouldn't be in for almost a week. But, to our surprise, you were able to get it in the next day!
When I brought the car in, I felt like everyone knew me. It was even fun! The car was fixed, same day and returned to us repaired, washed and shiny!! Thank you for taking such good care of "Gary's Baby" ....and for making the whole experience pleasant! You know we'll be back when we need another car or more service!

Dear Mike, Thank you for the prompt service yesterday. I noticed the air pressure light on, and decided to stop in and get it checked. There was a nail in the tire and it got fixed right away. I love that feature on the car, that it lets me know when something isn't right with the tires. Otherwise I wouldn't have known anything was wrong until I had a flat. The thing I like about them is they treat me and they’ve treated my wife as though this is their own personal car and they really care a lot about it so they do all the things and I know that this creates bigger sales by doing this but they actually really check the car out and they’re looking out for me as well as the business.
